We now offer Edinburgh landlords a full interactive management service on-line with the 'My Account' area in the Factotum website.

• View your rental information and access your monthly statements.
• Access and edit details of your rental property.
• Monitor events and activity in respect of the management of your property.
• Make secure payments on line.

This new service will be rolled out over the coming months depending on the response we receive. It is likely to have varying added value, depending on the length of tenancy and the individual landlords preferences but we would welcome any feedback.
