Repairs and general maintenance

With nineteen years experience managing hundreds of properties in Edinburgh we are fully aware of the maintenance and repair problems that can present themselves and take pride in our ability to handle all sorts of tasks. We arrange everything from cleaning, basic plumbing and electrical work to large-scale property renovations. We organise the work quickly, efficiently and economically.

Staff and sub contractors

As well as our own staff, we employ a wide range of sub contractors and specialists.

Discounts

All discounts offered to us by our contractors (usually 15% to 20%) are passed on to our clients plus our commission (usually 12.5%) thereby saving landlords between 2.5% and 7.5%.
