Current Maintenance Rates

Please note our current rates for Gas and Electrical Safety requirements. There is still a number of annual gas appliance services that are being carried out at differing times to the landlord's Gas Safety Check, costing landlords an extra £50.00.

We are now trying to carry out all Portable Appliance Tests (PAT) at the same time as the Gas Safety Check to save landlords money.

If you have an existing 3 or 5 star British Gas Cover please study this closely. Most of them provide insurance cover against parts and call outs. They do not actually service the appliances or provide the Safety documentation as required by the regulations for letting. Also a separate cost is often necessary for attendance when the property is empty or the tenant cannot make the appointment.
