In conjunction with Willis, one of the largest brokers in the United Kingdom, and Norwich Union Bonus (a subsidiary of Norwich Union), we have developed a product which we hope will be of interest. It is particularly geared to landlords requiring insurance for let properties.

This policy includes loss of rent, full fire perils, accidental damage and theft. Property owner’s liability cover is £2,000,000. There is a common renewal date of 20th October. Insurance taken up part way through the year is charged pro rata.

Insurance can be offered if Factotum are managing the property, and regardless of whether the property is being let for one week or fifty two weeks in the year.
