Accommodating the Masses

Each year we accommodate thousands of performers, visitors and media stars in a selection of properties from student flats to classic Georgian town houses and studio apartments. With nineteen years experience, we consider ourselves to be one of the main players in the Festival Rental Market and count the majority of the larger production and management companies as our clients.

Normal Lets

A festival let can be anything from 1 to 4.5 weeks over August. We charge 17% commission.

Income
